Requisites for living such as rice and salt, abalone and sea bream, vegetables and fruits, clothing and earthenware, should be pure. Therefore, they are cultivated or manufactured at the sanctuary site of Jingu. In other words, Jingu relies on a system of self-supply in the traditional way.
